Dino Dash Relay is back for 2025 and bigger too!
Crystal Palace Fun Runners are delighted to announce the return of the Dino Dash Relay on Wednesday 2nd July 2025. This year we will be starting and finishing each leg on the National Sports Centre track in the centre of the park, while the course will take you out around the park in a loop that passes the iconic dinosaurs of the Lower Lake.

Key details:
- Date: Wednesday 2nd July at 19:30
- Location: Crystal Palace Park, National Sports Centre
- Teams: 3 people per team. Teams can be male, female or mixed
- Cost: £24 per team. All proceeds go to St Christopher’s Hospice
- Course: This will be approximately 3.5km
- Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the fastest male team, fastest female team and fastest mixed team
- All competitors need to be Over-18 on the day of the race
