The Committee
Consistent with England Athletics Club Standards, Crystal Palace Fun Runners is governed by a Committee. The Committee consists of elected volunteers, who act on behalf of all members, and have the interests of the Club at heart in their actions and decision-making. It is the role of the Committee to engage with members throughout the year and help everyone understand how the Club operates and how they can contribute to its success.
The 2025/6 Committee was elected at the AGM held on 5th March 2025 and comprises the following roles:

- Treasurer: Louise Phillips
- Club Secretary: James Pimperton
- Membership Secretary: Bianca Strohmann
- Social Secretary: Emma McIntyre
- Coaching Coordinator: Chris Dyke
- Welfare Officers: Ian Butler & Emma Guthrie
- Volunteer Coordinator: Paul Mann
- Social Media Content: Gemma Schmid
- Dino Dash Race Director: Ian Butler
- Summer Relays Team Manager: Noemie Cavaillon-Ram
