CLUB WELFARE
Crystal Palace Fun Runners welcomes all people with an interest in running, regardless of speed, pace, experience or ability. We are committed to promoting a safe and inclusive club for all abilities and take the welfare of our members seriously.
Welfare covers a range of issues such as safeguarding, anti-bullying, poor practice in coaching and disciplinary matters. Welfare is essential to contribute to good practice within athletics, develop performance and to ensure the safety and enjoyment of athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteers.
We currently have two club welfare officers, Sian Earl and Ian Butler, who are contactable in confidence at welfare@crystalpalacefunrunners.co.uk should you have any welfare queries, accessibility needs or concerns.
Please note that if you think a child, young person or adult is at risk of significant harm or abuse or require urgent protection, call the Police on 999 and or your local Social Services.
